He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Worsley; his wife Sandy of Mendota; his sons, Timothy (Mary Jacobs) of Crestview, Scott (Missy Ptak) of Dodgeville and Daniel (Angela Hanisch) of Stevens Point, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Amanda Davis (Kale), Justin Rebholz (Maddisen), Olivia Rebholz, Tyler Rebholz, Josie Rebholz and Crew Rebholz; his great grandchildren, Kamden Davis and Brinley Davis; and his siblings, Donald Rebholz (Deb), Ronald Rebholz and Donna Tank. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
