She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Phalen and Mary Catherine Phalen (Biers); her husband Clayton Frey; and her siblings, Nancy Vickrey, Cathy Kilmartin, Sylvia Hessenberger, Nick Phalen and Jack Phalen.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Frey (Karole) of Mendota, Gordon Frey of Mendota, Kent Frey of Ottawa and Julie Bonnell of Mendota. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
