She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Merkel and Lillian Merkel; her former husbands, Lawrence Smith and Reginald Robeson; her husband Wilbur Ferrell; her daughters, Kathryn Quinlan and Edna Miller; and her sister Ruth Catton.
She is survived by: her son John Robeson (Kathryn Barnard) of Mendota; and her stepdaughter Vickie Wilcoxson of Joliet. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
