She was predeceased by: her parents, George Baumann and Lucille Baumann (Eich). She is survived by: her husband Dale Mathesius; her children, Pamela Matsumoto (Yui) of Tokyo, John Mathesius of Mendota and Steven Mathesius (Kristen) of Milton, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Leif Matsumoto, Sam (Jack Mathesius), Katja and James (Julia Mathesius); and her brother Charles Baumann (Betty).
