She is survived by: her sons, Justin Miner (Melissa) and Cody Phalen (Megan); her sisters, Diane Lundbeck (Kirk) and Donna Herlehy (Dave Banelli); her grandchildren, Harper, Henley, Grace, Elliott, Landon, Ryann, Layne and Carter; and her nieces and nephews, Nicole, Meghan (Tyler), Ryan Herlehy, Jason Lundbeck (Jillian) and Lauren Butcher (Brad).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made and sent for the family- to determine a charity or scholarship at a later date.
