He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Lubbs and Joyce Lubbs (Wangelin); his son Tim; and his brother Dennis Lubbs. He is survived by: his wife Susan Clay of Mendota; his daughter Michele Meyer (James) of Mendota; his grandchildren, Brett Meyer (Cassandra) of Davenport, FL., Dr. Bria Meyer of Omaha, NE. and Alex Lubbs of Bradenton, FL.; and his siblings, Larry Lubbs (Jeanne) of Williamsburg, VA., Roger Lubbs (Nadine) of Dixon and Sue Neahring (Robert) of Manlius.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Dean Lubbs to Mendota High School for enhancement of the fitness center or Vitas Hospice for their loving care they provided to Dean.
