Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved David Pohl (Mendota, Illinois), born in Earlville, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 80, on November 18, 2019. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pohl and Margaret Pohl (Rhodes); his daughter Ginny Pohl; and his siblings, Betty Soedler, Francis "Whitey" Pohl and Arthur Pohl.
He is survived by: his sons, Tim Pohl (Molly) of Mendota and Mark Pohl (Melody) of Mendota; his brother Stanley Pohl of Wynne, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Blake Pohl (Dominique Schupp), Brody Pohl, Thomas Pohl, Emma Pohl, Bailee Pohl and Sebastian Pohl; his sister-in-law Rita Hoscheid of Cherry; and his close friend Carol Elmore of Mendota. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to Mendota Golf Club for scholarships or the donor's choice.
