Clifford Sondgeroth Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2021, at the age of 88, Clifford Sondgeroth of Mendota, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sondgeroth and Katherine Sondgeroth (Walzer); his stepfather William Haub; and his siblings, Lester Sondgeroth, Robert Sondgeroth, Gene Sondgeroth, Bernice Corrigan, Rita Miller and Pearl Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Sondgeroth of Mendota; his children, Steven Sondgeroth (Kathleen) of Peru, Michelle Stouffer (Steven) of LaMoille and Jane Berman (Jeffrey) of Buffalo Grove; his brother David Sondgeroth (JoAnne) of Mendota; and his sister-in-law Katherine Funfsinn. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Cliff died of complications brought on by a Covid-19 infection.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish to make memorial donations in his name may direct them to Holy Cross Church in Mendota, or the donor's choice.
