He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Forst (Dehm) of Las Vegas; his sons, Dominick Rowe of Florida and Chance Rowe of Mendota; and his siblings, Philip Forst of Mendota, J. R, Robbie Rowe (Nina) of Moses Lake, WA and Kathy Rowe Butler (Adam) of Moses Lake, WA.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
