Carol Wendel Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2019, at the age of 79, Carol Wendel (Mendota, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Sr. Ossman and Ella Ossman (Mueller); her grandson John L. Zimmerly; and her stepdaughter Sherry Zerbe. She is survived by: her husband Lee Wendel August; her brother Harry Ossman, Jr. (Cathy); her children, Robert Lewis, Kathy Zimmerly, Dawn Cores and Terry Wendel; and her stepdaughters, Susan McCoy (Hugh) and Connie Yambert (Jon). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
