He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Oberschelp and Bernice Oberschelp (Warkins); his brothers, Harry and David; and his granddaughter Audra.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Lemmer (Robert) of Amboy; his grandchildren, Andrea Bialas, Mitchel Bialis, Alison O'Brien (Michael), Jackson Lemmer, Amy Coleman (James), Jessica Lemmer (Chris), Jacob Lemmer (Lindsay) and Samantha Lemmer (Abby); and his great grandchildren, Layla, Jeffrey, Elsa, Brianna, Gabriel, Jessica, Lillian, Braylen, Cayden, Kaylee and Landon.
