It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brad Phalen (Mendota, Illinois), who passed away on May 25, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Harry Phalen. He is survived by: his mother Betty Phalen (Brown) of Mendota; his children, Jodi Phalen and Jason Phalen of Mendota; his grandson Cam; and his brothers, Brian Phalen (Holly) of Mendota, Craig Phalen (Luci) of Missoula, Kevin Phalen (Kim) of Mission Viejo and Todd Phalen (Lynn) of Mendota.
