It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Wilhelm of Mendota, Illinois, born in West Brooklyn, Illinois, who passed away on July 16, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Jones and Sophia Jones (Hoerner); her spouse Casper "Casey" F. Wilhelm, Jr.; her son Keith J. Wilhelm; and her grandson Benjamin Keith Wedemeyer.
She is survived by: her children, Ernest "Ernie" Wilhelm (Patricia Irwin) of Menasha, Wisconsin and Mary Wedemeyer (Dan) of Rockford; her granddaughters, Jennifer Wedemeyer-Campbell (Kurt) of Evanston, Sarah Berg (Jeremy) of Rockford and Erica Linowski (Jason) of Aurora; her great grandchildren, Kristine Adams-Wedemeyer of Rockford, Joshua Berg of Rockford, Jayden Linowski of Aurora and Carter Linowski of Aurora; and her sister Eleanor Dinges of Yorkville.
