She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Grothen and Emilie Grothen (Zietlow); her husband Stanley George Meister; her siblings, Anna Marie and Clarence Grothen; and her nephew Tom Grothen.
She is survived by: her nephew Henry "Hank" Grothen (Christine); her nieces, Brenda O'Donnell (David) and Julie Schmidt; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Grothen Hetrick. She is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews and 19 great great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Agnes memory to St. Paul Women's Guild or Unity Hospice.
