He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Booher; his wife Norma L. Clair; and his son Jeff A. Griggs. He is survived by: his children, Gary T. Griggs (Linda) of Quincy, William C. "Rick" Griggs (Rhonda) of Quincy, Lisa K. Baker (Gary) of Quincy and Robert A. Griggs (Barbara) of Fowler; his daughter-in-law Rose Griggs of Quincy; and his grandchildren, Khoi, Joshua, Thomas, Sarah, Christopher, Amanda, Brandon, Heather and Andrew. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
