She is survived by: her son Charles Gene Maynard (Chuck); her husband Charles Giske Maynard (Chuck); her daughters, Cynthia Sue (Thomas) and Beverly Kay (Tony); her siblings, Sandy Lightfoot and Dorothy Henze (Dot); and her grandchildren, Tiffany, Michael, Jennifer, Christian, Carter, Chloe and Kristine (Ophelia). She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
