He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" J. Eshom; his siblings, Bill Woodworth Jr. of Mendon, IL, Karen Juilfs (Jerry) of Golden, IL and Pam Rabe (Michael) of Ursa, IL; his siblings-in-law, John Eshom (Ida May) of Quincy, IL and Shelly Aubuchon (Ray) of Hermitage, MO; his niece Gail Mast (Gary); and his nephews, Ryan Klauser (Jayna), Clayton Rabe (Julia), John Eshom, Brent Aubuchon and Alex Aubuchon.
