He is survived by: his significant other Penny Maggart; his son Brent Daugherty (Crystal); his stepchildren, David Maggart (Amanda), Keith Maggart (Jessica), Stephanie McKinney (Justin) and Tara Goodwin (Steven); his grandson Nathan Daugherty (Paige); his stepgrandchildren, Logan Baze, Cameron Maggart, Taylor Maggart, Avah Starman, Wyatt McKinney (Allison), Walker McKinney, Madison McKinney, Caleb Goodwin (Tansy), Carter Goodwin and Corbin Goodwin; his brother Lanny Daugherty; and his great grandchildren, Elora Daugherty, Nolan Daugherty and Rowan Daugherty.
