He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Moore and Flossie McPherson Moore; and his siblings, Berneta Baker, Leatrice Mosby, Bobby and Ron Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Moore of Melvin; his children, Gary Moore (Kristy) of Bedford Park and Paula Moore of Bedford Park; his grandchildren, Charley and Dorothy Moore; and his siblings, Martha Sue Smith (Joe) of Sidney and Johnny Moore (Brenda) of Fairbury.
