She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Cernauske; her parents, Angelo Zito and Mary Zito; and her siblings, Vito Zito, Angelina Zito and Joseph Zito.
She is survived by: her children, James Cernauske (Patricia), Michael Cernauske (Joann), Gail Cernauske and Sue Montague; her grandchildren, Jeff (Alicia), Jason (Jenn), Stephanie (Dave), Christina (Mark), Michelle and Josh; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Emma, Cameron, Lucas, Rylie, Rosalie and Everly.
In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society and St. Judes Childrens Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
