It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francisco Z. Velazco (Melrose Park, Illinois), who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Caroline; and his siblings, Juan, Anita, Matilde and Alicia.

He is survived by: his spouse Griselda Velasco; his children, Paco (Francisco Jose), Tony (Jorge Antonio) and Martha Alicia; his grandchildren, Jorge, Rebecca, Carolyn, Rune and Arthur; and his siblings, Ramona, Maria, Cocho and Martha.
