Though Benjamin may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maria Marmolejo; his sons, Julio Pablo Marmolejo, Benjamin Gonzalo Marmolejo, Santiago Miguel Marmolejo and Luciano Felix Marmolejo; his parents, Anna Zapata and Felix Marmolejo; and his siblings, Martha Marmolejo, Armando Marmolejo, Rosa Mendoza and Jorge Marmolejo.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carbonara Funeral Home (1515 25th Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Barbara Church (4000 Prairie Ave, Brookfield, IL 60513).
