It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Posson (Melrose Park, Illinois), who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pacente and Louise Pacente; and her brother Richard Pacente (Barb). She is survived by: her children, Scott, Keith and Tracy Reyes (Tony); her grandchildren, Catalina and Antonio; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Oliver and Audrey; her brothers, Allan (Paula) and Richard Posson; her nephew John Pacente (Amiee); and her cousin Many.
