He is survived by: his wife Rita Alvarez Canchola; his children, Arturo Alvarez, Olga Lidia Oakley and Rogelio Alvarez; his daughter-in-law Cindee Alvarez; and his grandchildren, Michael, Gabriel, Antonio, Joshua, Alberto, Cynthia, Natalie, Angel and Adrian. He is also survived by his family and friends.
