She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ellsworth and Ruth Augusta Hayward (Bergkuist); and her children, Darryl Jeffrey Quick, Gerald Lael Quick and Tamara Larisa Quick.
She is survived by: her husband James Eugene Quick; her children, Robert Alan Quick of Alton, Ronald Evan Quick (Shona Jo) of Bethalto and Donna Melissa Churchich of Alton; and her brother Gordon Hayward (Nancy). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
