He was predeceased by: his wife Kay Frances Tompkins (Waters); his parent Buster; his sisters, Elizabeth Capen and Mattie Hobgood; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Hobgood, Troy Pate and Jack Marler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lea Tompkins and Kara Harrison (Bill); his grandchildren, Keith Estes, Jenna Allen (Brenton), Bryan Buck (Ashley), Kelsey Harrison and Josh Harrison (Alexandria); his great grandchildren, Bailey, Miles, Asher and Charlotte; his siblings, Mildred Pate, Frank Tompkins (Joyce) and Tommy Tompkins; and his siblings-in-law, Maurice Capen, Marti Marler and Linda Wall (Ron).
