He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Blackwell of Mechanicsburg. He is survived by: his father Wesley Blackwell; his sister Lori Furgeson (DJ); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Caden, Zelda, Saphrin, Jazmyn and Quinn.
