We bid farewell to Mildred E. Kilhoffer of Mechanicsburg, Illinois, born in Stonington, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 12, 2024 at the age of 104. Mildred touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lawson and Vinece Lawson (Rhodes); her husband Vincent Joseph Kilhoffer; her siblings, Ruth Smith and Harold Lawson; and her close friend Marie Scales.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Baka and Phyllis Shutt (Ken); her grandson Brad Baka (Amber); her great grandchildren, Madison and Brady; her granddaughter Lori Baka; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Brett Cook and Tracy Teague; her grandson Todd Shutt (Michelle); her great grandchild Sydney; her granddaughter Amanda Dickerson (Sean); her great grandchild Cameron; her granddaughter Julie Norris (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Kenzie and Mason Norris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
