She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Blade and Josephine Blade. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Archambeau (Ron), Sandy Matthews-Rose (Howard), Debra Boeck and Angela Ryan (Tom); her grandchildren, Misty, Nate Wilson, Cecily, Patrick Burke, Keely, Graham Weber, April Rose, James, Niki Roden, Taylor Roden, Hayden Clemons, Amanda, Brent Kinsella, Cori Wiese and Jessie; and her great grandchildren, Dayton, Wyatt, Titus, Joseph, Averie, Beau, Blair, Krystina, Heaven, Autumn, Logan, Quinn, Laken, Rylee, Quintin, Jaelyn, Addasyn, Paisley and Aubrey.
