He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay C. Dedrick and Ruby Dedrick; and his former wife Brenda Dedrick. He is survived by: his wife Donna Dedrick of McLeansboro, IL; his son Terry Eugene Dedrick II of Kankakee, IL; his stepsons, Brian Fulkerson of McLeansboro, IL and Tim Fulkerson (Jennifer) of Springerton, IL; his stepgrandson Easton Fulkerson; and his cousins, Connie, Debbie and Penny.
