He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W Wheeler and Eleanor Wheeler (Greer); and his brother Daniel J Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Wheeler (Williams); his daughter Shelby K Wheeler; his brothers, Tommy D Wheeler (Lynda) of Buckner, IL, Wendell L Wheeler (Kim) of Carbondale, IL and Scott V Wheeler (Mary Miller) of Rocky Mount, NC.; his child Neill Wheeler (Niki) of Morehead City, NC; and his grandchildren, Colton Wheeler and Emma Wheeler.
