He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wilson Mezo and Geneva Mezo (Deitz); and his siblings, Jeannine Blackledge (Novicki), Mary Martin (Mezo), Judith Hooker (Mezo), James Mezo, Ira Mezo, David Sempsprott, Tom Sempsprott, William Barker and John Wilson Mezo, Jr. (Bob Mezo).
He is survived by: his sister Nancy Markle (Sempsprott) of Wheeling.
