He is survived by: his parents, Jacob Voyles and Emily Voyles (Shuler); his brother Liam Ray Voyles; and his grandparents, Brad, Maura Voyles of Effingham, IL., Dale and Carla Shuler of Carmi.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Joshua Frase Foundation, for myotubular myopathy. Donations will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi who has been entrusted with the arrangements.
