Maddox of McLeansboro, Illinois, born in Benton, Illinois, who passed away on May 27, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Scott Maddox. He is survived by: his parents, Birtus Maddox and Melba Maddox (Hubbard) of West Frankfort; his brother Art Maddox (Wendy) of West Frankfort; and his nieces, Jennifer Maddox and Ashley Beckham.
