He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Sullivan (Wiggins) and George Warren Sullivan; and his nephew Jeremy Sullivan. He is survived by: his siblings, Marty Sullivan of McLeansboro, Steven Anthony Sullivan of McLeansboro, Quentin Sullivan (Julie) of McLeansboro and Lisa Wheeler (Alan) of McLeansboro; and his nieces and nephews, Dakota Sullivan, Serena Sullivan of McLeansboro, Dalton Ray Sullivan of Eldorado and Jeremy Wyatt Grein of McLeansboro.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist the family with funeral costs and will be accepted at Gholson Funeral Home.
