He was predeceased by: his father Philip Burrow Sr.; and his sister Sherri Ann Webber. He is survived by: his mother Edna Burrow (Hanley) of McLeansboro, IL; his children, Cody Burrow of Fairfield, IL, Blake Don Burrow of McLeansboro and Jazzabell Burrow of McLeansboro; and his siblings, Philip Burrow Jr. of Bristol, WI, Dawn Bayer (Douglas) of St. Peters, MO and Tammy. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
