He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Witter and Gertie Witter; his siblings, Marshall, Clyde, Arles and Lois Kelley; and his nephew Donald Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Webb; his daughters, Ruth Kiser and Lois Witter of McLeansboro; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth Taylor of Hickory, NC. and Marlys Kiser of Hickory, NC..
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the First Presbyterian Church in McLeansboro and will be accepted at the Gholson Funeral Home, which is in charge of all the arrangements.
