He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Moore (Tennyson) of McLeansboro; his children, Karla Tucker (Brad) of McLeansboro, Karen Davis (Herb) of McLeansboro, Christopher Moore (Meadow) of McLeansboro and Kenny Moore of Carmi, IL; his grandson Jacob Moore; his siblings, Earl Leonard Moore (Charlene) of Newburgh and Vida Dial (James) of Mcleansboro; his grandchildren, Brandon Davis (Vicki), Leslie Davis, Angela, Austin Tucker, Hank Moore, Penelope and Willow Moore; and his great grandchild Samuel Moore.
