It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Fern Bullock of McLeansboro, Illinois, who passed away on May 15, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward and Agnes Southerd (Rote); her husband Earl Odell Bullock; her children, David Dwain Bullock and Donna Evelyn Bullock; her siblings, Herman Southerd, Edward Southerd, Gale Southerd, Charles Southerd, Eleanor Cralley, Dora Southerd and Mary Southerd; and her parents-in-law, Earl and Iona Bullock.
She is survived by: her children, Marvin Leroy Bullock of McLeansboro, Carolyn McClintock of Benton and Patricia Smith (Jesse) of McLeansboro; and her siblings, Dale Southerd of Kentucky Lake, KY, Bob Southerd of Mt. Vernon, IL and Onedia B. Southerd of Wisconsin. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hopewell Baptist Church and will be accepted at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro.
