He is survived by: his wife Catherine Jenkins of McLeansboro, IL; his sons, Constant J. (Micki Jenkins III) of Paris, IL, Michael Scott (Mona Jenkins) of Fairfield, IL and Wayne Charles Jenkins of Harrisburg, IL; and his sister Sandra Jenkins of McLeansboro, IL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
