We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2023, at the age of 91, Robert W. McCarty of McLean, Illinois, born in Bement, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McCarty and Elizabeth Wood McCarty; his wife Helen McCarty; and his grandson Bradley Adkisson. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Adkisson (Gary) of Downs, Debi Banks (Dennis) of Normal, Diane Kindred of Williamsville, Darlene Simpson of Beaver Dam, KY and Denise Kessinger (Bruce) of Mackinaw; and his siblings, John McCarty (Noma) of Champaign, Carl McCarty of Phoenix, AZ, Mike McCarty (Angie) of Champaign and Marilyn Lumsden. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
