We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2020, at the age of 88, Betty Ann Austin (McLean, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Campbell and Nancy Campbell (Lewis); and her husband George Austin. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Backlund (Myrna) of Thornton, CO, Richard Backlund of Mauldin, SC, Charles Law (Pam) of Heyworth, IL, Carl Austin (Mary) of Bloomington, IL and Raymond Austin (Alecia) of Heyward, WI. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in Betty's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
