He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Clemens and John Clemens; and his brother Daniel Clemens. He is survived by: his brother Philip; his wife Marion Clemens; his children, Thomas Clemens, Jr., Tamara Clemens and Teresa Carey; his stepchildren, Judy Olesen, Vicki Olesen, Len Slone and Darren Slone; and his great grandchildren, Stephanie, Jason, Joe, Marnie, Thomas III, Timothy, John, Daniel, Kelsey, Bert, George, Ethan, Darel, Aaron, Chad, Lindsay, Jesse, Ember, Aidan, Len, Leah, Laura, Lomasi and Brandon.
