She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Peterson and Dorothy Peterson; her brother-in-law Sherman Flackus (Cynthia Carlson); and her nephew Jeremiah Flackus. She is survived by: her husband Nelson Flackus Jr. (Jen); her sister Judy Tronvig (Chuck); her nieces and nephews, Debra Tronvig, Tamie Walsh (Bob), Zack Flackus, Frank Waters and Crystal Metcalfe; her cousin Jill Padgen (Thomas); her nieces, Kelton Walsh (Mary Kathryn), Haylee Ferguson (Joe) and Kate Walsh; her sister-in-law Sandra Burwick; her aunt Betty Turney; and her close friends, Lynn D., Filis, Carol, Maryann, Georgia, Alice, Linda, Tom, Debbie, Dale, Michelle, Shirlee, Cindy, Tina and Lynne. She is also survived by friends, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Faith Presbyterian Church (2107 W Lincoln Rd, Holiday Hills, IL 60051). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
