Slaughter Jr. of McHenry and Dawn Renee Morrison (James) of Des Plaines, IL.; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Ryan, Matthew, Emily, Garrett and Claudia; her husband Jack Sr.; her mother Gladys Keller; her stepfather Robert Keller; and her siblings, Opal, Eugene, Jimmy, Ginny, Betty Lou, Wilma Jean and Robert.
