He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Lewis and Wanda Lewis (Nettleingham). He is survived by: his wife Christine Lewis; his sons, Randall Lewis (Mica), Daniel Lewis (Anna Nielsen) and Michael Lewis (Erika); his grandchildren, Reagan Lewis, McKinley Lewis, Felix Lewis and Ryder Lewis; and his siblings, Richard Arnett, Robert Sage and Shari Coy (Brad). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
His love of boating encouraged the move to McHenry 3 years ago to have more water to fish and boat on, but the pandemic got in the way.
