He is survived by: his parents, Jerry DeRose and Doris DeRose; his sons, Dylan and Collin DeRose; his fiancée Julie Dalson; his siblings, Debra Brandimore (Larry), Sandy Quinn (Paul), Jerry III DeRose (Tina), Terry DeRose (Tina Mucciante), Larry DeRose (Bonnie), Dena DeRose (Bernie Kainz), Carmella Sundt (Warren), Donna Klein (Steve) and Michelle Garrity; and his former wife Amanda DeRose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and cousins.
