He was predeceased by: his spouse Beverly Ann Bornhorst; and his siblings, Marlene Ament, Joan Beaugureau (Laurance), Robert Bornhorst and Nancy Bender.
He is survived by: his sons, Bryan (Kathleen), David (Colleen) and Donald Bornhorst; and his grandchildren, Sydney, Mia, James, Beverly and Robert.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kolssak Funeral Home (189 S Milwaukee Ave, Wheeling, IL 60090). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
