He is survived by: his wife Theresa Gittings; his children, Kevin Butler (Danielle) and Jacquelyn Butler; his grandchildren, Holdyn, Sylas, Rowan and Frederick; his siblings, Kris Butler (Donna) and Kim Hammond (Bryan Adock); and his close friends, Enzo, Kema, Ellie and Whisky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
