She is survived by: her father Larry Olson (Karen); her husband Glen Slater; her children, Jacque Pitsavas (Karri), Kenneth and Nicholas Underwood; her sisters, Jacklyn Gaines (Kevin), Tamara Walsh and Stacy Jacob (Jim); and her grandchildren, Desmond, Damion, Daunte, Deven and Avery.
